She brings over 25 years of experience in complex procurement in the international construction industry to her new role. With a practice that has spanned the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, Rhian advises national and international hospitality, financial, development, energy, water, and transportation clients around the globe.

“We are thrilled to have Rhian join our world-class real estate practice. Her vast international experience and construction industry knowledge will be invaluable to our clients and team,” said Bill Dillon, Co-Managing Director of Goulston & Storrs. “We are always looking to attract and retain the most talented industry leaders, and Rhian is a great fit for us.”

Rhian’s construction law focus includes working with owners, contractors, designers, and operators on a wide variety of projects and disputes throughout the world, including contract negotiation and drafting, assistance with project administration and documentation, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution (both ADR and litigation).
