Biography

Overview

Rob Stigile is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Rob handles a range of transactional commercial real estate matters for clients. He routinely conducts research, due diligence, and case analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and development matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a judicial intern for the Honorable Diane R. Rubin at the Trial Court of Massachusetts, Land Court Department. In this position, he researched and drafted memoranda on many real estate cases across the state.

Before becoming a lawyer, Rob was a transactions coordinator for HFO Investment Real Estate in Oregon. In this role, he managed real estate investment transactions for a team of brokers focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily assets across the Pacific Northwest. Rob’s work supervising deals from inception to closing serves as an important and practical foundation to his work with clients. Rob’s real estate industry experience also includes working as a paralegal in the areas of commercial real estate leasing, contract disputes, alcohol licensing, and general business matters.

In addition to his diverse real estate background, Rob has a personal interest in pedestrian-centric urban planning. He spends his spare time researching the discipline of adaptive reuse with the goal of increasing housing density and redesigning transportation systems.
