Rosemary Frazier is a litigation paralegal who focuses on real estate tax abatement. She prepares tax rate analyses and property valuations, and income and expense reports for a wide range of client properties. Rosemary also drafts all responses to information requests from tax assessors and prepares all filings for the Appellate Tax Board.
In addition, she handles administration of all audit letters for the firm.
Rosemary’s prior experience includes:
- The preparation of a chronology and analysis of key events based on deposition testimony in a high profile BBO investigation;
- The creation and administration of a database functioning as the claims register in the bankruptcy of a major international consulting firm; and
- The management of discovery documents in complex litigation matters.
She has more than 20 years of experience within law firms and an insurance company.
