Overview

Ruth-Claire Pollioni is a litigator supporting the firm’s complex commercial litigation team. Through her practice, Ruth-Claire supports the firm’s business clients by conducting legal research and due diligence, drafting documentation, and assisting with case management.

Prior to joining the firm, Ruth-Claire was an associate in the litigation group of a New York-based full-service law firm. Her work experience also includes appealing adverse social security administration decisions before the District of New Jersey and obtaining life-sustaining benefits for indigent claimants during administrative hearings as a clinical law student with the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic. Ruth-Claire also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable P. Kevin Castel, assisting with criminal and civil cases.
