As a paralegal in our Real Estate group, Steve Geangu works closely with the firm’s attorneys, performing due diligence, conducting title and survey reviews, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing components for complex real estate transactions.

Steve’s experience includes interactions with all levels of state and local government, special departments and agencies, and interfacing between clients, title companies, surveyors, lenders and adverse party attorneys.

In addition, he provides support to the firm’s Private Client and Litigation groups in aspects of their practice that relate to real estate.

Attorneys also rely on Steve for assistance in corporate matters, including business entity formations, foreign qualifications, filings with the IRS and Secretary of State, preparation of charter and authority documents in connection with portfolio sales, acquisitions, corporate restructuring and financing deals.

Steve is a Massachusetts notary public who speaks Romanian, French and Italian.
