Biography
Overview
Vadim Zavidov is an office leasing paralegal in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. Vadim handles a broad range of legal documentation related to commercial real estate leasing. He provides critical support to the firm’s attorneys across every aspect of complex leasing transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing leases and lease amendments. In addition to leasing, Vadim’s experience includes a wide range of general commercial real estate matters, including documentation, zoning and environmental matters, title and survey review, due diligence review, multi-state tax credit financing across all four tax credit programs, review of loan documents, and assist with commercial real estate closings.
Before joining the firm, Vadim was a senior commercial real estate paralegal with a leading commercial real estate development company in the greater Washington, D.C. region. His experience also includes serving as a commercial real estate paralegal in the community development finance practice of a national law firm and as a real estate paralegal in a global law firm. In addition to being a paralegal, Vadim is a licensed real estate agent who negotiates and closes transactions for residential properties.
