Zach is a real estate attorney who represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including financings, acquisitions and dispositions. Clients turn to Zach for assistance with a variety of transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan agreements, entity organizational documents and all other relevant materials for commercial real estate and finance transactions.
Before joining Goulston & Storrs, Zach was a Real Estate Associate at a top Am Law 200 law firm, representing a broad range of clients including developers, capital management firms, financial institutions, and owners of institutional, retail, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.
Zach received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.S. from Fordham University, summa cum laude.
