Urban Land Institute’s Hallmark Report Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014 to be Presented Along with Industry Panels on Real Estate Capital Markets

Who: Andrew Warren, Director of Real Estate Research, PwC, will present the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report for 2014. Speakers will also include Zev Gewurz, Partner, US law firm Goulston & Storrs and Lawrence Sternthal, Partner, Israeli law firm Gross Kleinhendler. Adam Spies, New York Senior Managing Director from Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company, and Stephen Somer, Eastdil Los Angeles Managing Director, will present Eastdil’s annual report on key US markets. The event will conclude with a panel discussing lessons learned in real estate joint ventures.
