Biography

Overview

Behzad Malek-Madani is a real estate attorney counseling sponsors and institutional investors in a wide range of real estate and general corporate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, fund investments, fund formations, and all types of real estate debt financings. Behzad advises clients that are involved in developing, managing, and investing in retail, office, industrial, life science, multi-family, mixed-use, and digital infrastructure projects across the United States and internationally.

Before joining Goulston & Storrs, Behzad practiced at a boutique commercial real estate law firm in New York City.
