Biography

Overview

Carly Perkins is an associate in the firm's Corporate department. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate financing, and compliance.

She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.S. from Providence College. During law school, Carly worked as a legal intern in the Civil Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s General Counsel’s Office, and at Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Carly served as Corporate Counsel to Audax Group, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, mezzanine capital and senior debt, primarily in middle-market companies.
