Overview

Crystal Aneke is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group, supporting the firm’s transactional commercial real estate work for clients. Crystal routinely conducts research, due diligence, and case analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and development matters.

Crystal rejoins the firm following her time as a summer associate. Before joining the firm, Crystal worked for a regional law firm as a summer associate. Her work experience also includes serving as a legal intern for Northeast Bank where she assisted with loan origination and purchased loan pool closings in addition to handling Uniform Commercial Code filings.

While in law school, Crystal served as a student attorney at Boston College Law School’s Community Enterprise Clinic. In this role, she worked with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations in the Greater Boston area. She created bylaws for developing entities, incorporated businesses, and filed trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Crystal also served as a student attorney at Boston College Law School’s Project Entrepreneur Clinic. In this capacity, she worked with formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs, providing tools and support to help them navigate the legal aspects of their operations, sales, marketing, and business strategy. Additionally, Crystal was a student attorney at the Lawyers Clearinghouse CORI Clinic. Here, she assisted lawyers in sealing Massachusetts-based criminal records for individuals.
