Goulston & Storrs Continues to Grow Litigation Practice with Addition of Counsel Christian Clark in New York

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Christian J. Clark has joined the firm as Counsel in its New York office. Clark is a complex commercial litigator who advises public and private corporations, boards and board committees, officers and directors, financial institutions, insurers, and technology and consumer-products companies in high-stakes disputes.

Clark counsels clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, corporate governance and breach of fiduciary duty claims, joint venture disputes, False Claims Act matters, securities litigation, and class actions. Drawing on his extensive experience, he brings a practical, measured approach to litigation strategy, with a focus on understanding how courts evaluate arguments and helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their business objectives.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Clark was an associate in the litigation groups of two large international law firms in New York, where he represented clients across the financial services, telecommunications, insurance, media, consumer and industrial products, agriculture, and technology sectors.

Before serving as a federal judicial clerk to Hon. Loretta A. Preska of the Southern District of New York and Hon. Michael H. Park of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Clark earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Boston College.
