Goulston & Storrs Earns Continued Mansfield Certification from Diversity Lab

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that it has earned Diversity Lab's 2024-2025 Mansfield Certification for the seventh consecutive year. The Mansfield Rule is a national certification program designed to promote equal access to leadership by broadening the candidate pool for historically underrepresented groups and creating more transparent pathways for career advancement.
To earn Mansfield Certification, law firms must demonstrate that at least 30% of the candidates considered for leadership roles come from backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in the legal profession. The certification process also reviews the firm’s transparency around leadership opportunities, promotion pathways, and compensation practices.
“Goulston & Storrs’ commitment to earning Mansfield Certification is one of the many ways we promote inclusion for all lawyers and professional staff across our firm,” said Jennifer Jones, a Director at Goulston & Storrs and Co-Chair of the firm’s Inclusion Advisory Committee. “Mansfield is part of the roadmap that guides our fair and inclusive culture, and we are dedicated to turning that focus into sustained action.”
Mansfield emphasizes systemic change to foster inclusivity, widening access to leadership roles while avoiding quotas or measures that overlook individual merit.
Goulston & Storrs is now participating in the 2025-2026 Mansfield Certification process.
