Matthew Hillery advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable nonprofit formation and operation, and charitable giving. Hillery engages in a supportive style and practical approach when working with clients to develop estate plans that optimize tax planning and accomplish non-tax family goals, including asset preservation and family business succession. He has held several leadership roles in both professional and civic organizations throughout his career. He earned his A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College, and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
Rebecca Tunney counsels high-net worth individuals and families on the design of complex estate plans and wealth transfer strategies. Clients rely on her personalized attention for creating strategic solutions to transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration, international tax planning, charitable giving and business succession planning. Tunney is also highly specialized in cross-border Canadian-U.S. estate planning. She is involved with several professional organizations and is an active member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) New England, where she serves as Branch Chair. Tunney earned her B.S. from Cornell University, her M.S. from Boston University, her J.D. magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, and her L.L.M from Boston University School of Law. Tunney is admitted to practice in both Florida and Massachusetts
