Biography

Overview

Patrick O’Connor is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Located in the Goulston & Storrs’ Boston office, Patrick supports senior real estate lawyers with commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, zoning, and permitting.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was a Rappaport Fellow and legal intern for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. In this role, he researched a variety of education law issues involving student discipline and conflict of laws. Before attending law school, Patrick was an algebra teacher and Teach for America corps member at Lawrence (MA) High School. Following his time at Wagner College, Patrick worked as an assistant football coach at his alma mater and for J.P. Morgan as a market risk analyst.
