Biography

Overview

Rae Berger is a litigator representing Fortune 500 companies and publicly traded corporations in complex commercial litigation matters, securities litigation matters, shareholder disputes, and more. Rae’s experience includes handling a wide range of complex disputes at all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Rae was a litigation associate in the New York City office of a global Am Law 50 law firm. In addition, Rae served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
