Biography
Overview
Sydney Cramer is a litigator in the firm’s Boston office. She works with the firm’s litigators to resolve a wide range of business disputes on behalf of clients. Sydney handles all stages of resolving disputes including research, due diligence, depositions, case analysis, documentation, and case management.
Prior to joining the firm, Sydney worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Angel Kelley. Sydney worked closely with law clerks to help chambers prepare for hearings and trials, researched legal issues, and drafted memoranda analyzing facts and law for a variety of motions. Additionally, Sydney worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Frank Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. In this role, she conducted legal research and drafted bench memorandums. Her experience also includes working as an intern in the Major Crimes Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston.
