Overview

Allison Prince is a zoning, land use, real estate development and historic preservation attorney. She represents commercial and residential developers, colleges and universities and institutional and non-profit organizations as they build, expand and redevelop buildings across the District of Columbia. Allison presents before virtually every public forum in the District of Columbia, including the Board of Zoning Adjustment, the Zoning Commission, the Historic Preservation Review Board and the Commission of Fine Arts. Additionally, she is experienced in working with foreign governments.

Clients are drawn to Allison's sophisticated experience, collaborative approach and honed negotiation skills. Her long-term experience with land use in Washington D.C. and governmental agencies help her to quickly identify ways to streamline the approval process.
