Amelie Mailloux is a real estate and retail leasing lawyer who counsels sophisticated clients across a range of complex real estate and retail leasing matters. Amelie has a deep background in commercial real estate, bringing over 20 years of direct business and legal experience to the transactions she handles from inception to completion. Her experience includes the leasing and disposition of assets, including the negotiation and documentation of new leases, extensions, amendments, lease assignments, lease terminations, buyouts, and sales agreements. She has a strong ability to understand and further business objectives related to branded companies. She is focused on maximizing financial investments, mitigating risks and meeting growth goals. Her guidance in real estate development strategies touches many aspects of her clients’ business, making her insights critical to their overall success.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Amelie was the Director of Leasing and Dispositions at Retail Business Services, LLC where she provided real estate leasing services to multiple operating brands including major supermarket chains. In this role, she also directed and managed the real estate activities for Ahold Delhaize non-supermarket real estate assets.
