This role supports portfolio implementation, performance reporting, data integrity, and investment-related workflows across trust and fiduciary accounts. This position is highly operational in nature and works closely with the Manager of Trust and Investment Operations to support day-to-day investment activities, improve processes, and maintain accurate and well-documented investment records. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency with an interest in investment operations and systems.

This individual partners closely with the firm’s leadership, practice group chairs, and business professionals to drive a best-in-class recruitment and integration experience that strengthens the firm’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $270,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role will drive digital marketing, CRM engagement, content development, and event marketing initiatives that support the firm’s business development and brand visibility goals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology, analytics, and compelling content to create meaningful engagement.

Goulston & Storrs Private Client and Trust Group is seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Estate Administrator to manage the administration of taxable estates, including those with complex and illiquid assets. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated estate matters and requires a professional who can operate both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least five years of estate administration experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of estate planning strategies and federal and Massachusetts estate and fiduciary income tax laws is essential. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
