Biography
Overview
Greg is a corporate attorney. He counsels banks and their subsidiaries on a range of corporate finance and commercial transactions, including commercial lending and private equity financings. Greg helps clients with both middle market and higher end lending. He handles the full range of financing, including negotiating term sheets and commitment letters, drafting and negotiating all loan documentation and closing the financing deals.

- Pro Bono legal and other volunteer work for Haley House, a community-based organization in the South End of Boston that offers housing, a soup kitchen, and a variety of other services, primarily to people who are poor or who are struggling with alcoholism.
