Greg guides clients through complex commercial lending and private equity financings that require a blend of technical expertise and strategic commercial insight.
Greg’s practice encompasses both middle market and higher end lending transactions. He handles the full range of financing, including negotiating term sheets and commitment letters, drafting and negotiating all loan documentation and closing the financing deals. Clients rely on Greg’s understanding of both lender and borrower perspectives to help them proactively uncover and address potential issues, leading to stronger transactions. Greg’s practice also includes advising clients on significant investments in privately-held companies as well as general corporate advice.
Beyond Corporate Law: Serving Communities in Need
In addition to his work as a corporate lawyer, Greg is committed to serving those in need through pro bono representation. He provides ongoing assistance to the Haley House, a community-based organization in the South End of Boston that offers housing, a soup kitchen, and a variety of other services to people who lack resources or are struggling with alcoholism. Greg also serves as part of a team of attorneys providing pro bono services for Roca, Inc. This organization’s mission is to help young people successfully transform their lives and disrupt the cycle of poverty and incarceration.
