Goulston & Storrs Directors Linh Lingenfelter and Paul Momnie Named to 2025 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation List

Linh Lingenfelter, a director in the firm’s Corporate Group in Boston, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures, corporate governance, and securities compliance matters. Lingenfelter counsels a variety of clients, including emerging growth and mature companies, private equity firms, real estate sponsors, family offices, and nonprofits. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston University.

Paul Momnie, a director in the firm’s Real Estate Group in Boston, advises developers, capital partners, institutional investors and lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate development matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, regulatory compliance and public approvals, and the formation of complex commercial condominiums and master associations. Momnie received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and his B.A. also cum laude, from Boston College.
