Biography

Overview

Katie Ritter is a litigator who resolves business disputes for firm clients. Katie handles all stages of litigation, including research, due diligence, depositions, case analysis, pre litigation and trial preparation. Her experience includes a range of commercial litigation matters, including those related to bankruptcy, patents, privacy, and more. She also conducts research and assists in drafting briefs for appellate matters, including to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Katie was a law clerk to Justice Brett Busby for the Supreme Court of Texas and later to the Honorable Indira Talwani for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to her work in the courts, she was a litigation associate at a large, full-service law firm where she served a secondment with the New York City Law Department in the Appeals Division.
