Katie’s experience spans many commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy, patents, privacy, and more. To help clients achieve the best possible outcome, Katie provides foundational research and due diligence and handles productive depositions, case analysis, pre litigation and trial preparation. She also assists in drafting briefs for appellate matters, including to the Supreme Court of the United States.
As Katie works on client matters, she draws upon experience as a law clerk to Justice Brett Busby for the Supreme Court of Texas and later to the Honorable Indira Talwani for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also calls upon firsthand experience serving a secondment with the New York City Law Department in the Appeals Division.
