Overview
Mariana Korsunsky is a litigator representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial, leasing, land use, real estate, shareholder, and professional liability disputes. She counsels landlords and tenants, real estate developers, commercial and nonprofit entities, and medical and educational institutions. She also defends lawyers and law firms in professional liability and malpractice cases. Mariana’s broad litigation practice also includes representing employers in cases involving claims of discrimination and breach of employment agreements as well as advising clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters. Mariana advocates for clients before state and federal courts, administrative bodies, arbitrators, and mediators.
