Maura Brancaccio Gallagher is a real estate lawyer with significant experience in leasing and finance transactions, as well as commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. She has particular experience representing sponsors, principals, developers, investors, borrowers, and lenders.
In her transactional work, Maura has negotiated and drafted agreements, and conducted extensive due diligence work, including the review of title documents, surveys, leases, ground leases, estoppels, SNDAs and organizational documents.
Her leasing experience extends to commercial office and retail leases, subleases, license agreements, management agreements, work letters, guaranties, brokerage agreements and other critical agreements and documentation that she has negotiated and drafted.
In law school, Maura served as a summer extern to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia A. Long, and prior to embarking on her legal career, she served as an analyst on the Goldman Sachs' New York corporate team.
