Biography
Overview
Maura Brancaccio is a real estate lawyer representing landlords, tenants, sponsors, principals, and developers in commercial leasing and transactional matters. Maura has significant experience in leasing, ground leasing, acquisitions and dispositions and development.
Maura negotiates and drafts a full range of agreements, including commercial leases, ground leases, work letters SNDAs, estoppels, license agreements, guaranties, brokerage agreement, development agreements, associated due diligence, and other critical agreements.
While in law school, Maura served as a summer extern to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia A. Long, and prior to embarking on her legal career, she served as a fixed income sales analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Maura is a proud Princeton Tiger, having played on their Women’s Soccer Team, and a member of the New York Athletic Club.
