Abby handles a broad spectrum of high-stakes matters, including contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, real estate cases, and shareholder disputes. She leverages the unique perspective she gained from her clerkship with the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts to develop robust litigation strategies. Abby actively engages in every phase of the litigation process, from due diligence to case analysis, discovery management, motion practice and trial. She defends and represents clients in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and mediations.
Prior to law school, Abby honed her practical skills as a litigation paralegal at a boutique Boston firm. She is a native Spanish speaker.
