Brenna guides clients through complex litigation at both trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts. She supports clients in building their cases through every stage of litigation. She handles research, strategic discovery, depositions, and case management to maximize outcomes for clients.
To provide the best possible client experience, Brenna draws upon her experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Gustavo A. Gelpí at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan, Puerto Rico as well as an intern for the Honorable Frank Gaziano at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Providing Access to Justice
Alongside her commercial litigation practice, Brenna maintains a robust pro bono practice with a focus on representing individuals in immigration matters. Her background at Catholic Charities Legal Services for Immigrants, combined with her Spanish fluency, allows her to provide culturally competent representation in her pro bono matters.
