Cindy Vong is a D.C. law clerk, supporting real estate clients by conducting research, due diligence, and case analysis for a range of development, land use, and transactional matters.
Cindy assists with all stages of real estate deals, contributing analyses that help clients navigate legal and regulatory issues that arise during acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
To advance complex projects for clients, Cindy draws on her strong foundation in public-sector and nonprofit work handling complex real estate and land use matters. Her prior roles with the DC Department of Buildings and the District Department of Transportation equipped her with experience drafting legal materials and analyzing local regulations, while her externship with the DC Court of Appeals deepened her understanding of judicial processes. She has also worked in data and policy roles at mission-driven organizations, building the analytical and research skills she now brings to her legal practice.
