When complex commercial disputes arise, Conor O'Sullivan-Pierce helps find a resolution. Conor has particular experience in resolving matters for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, technology, insurance, construction, and real estate sectors.
Guiding clients through a variety of challenges, Conor handles claims for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties, fraud allegations, intricate real estate and construction disputes, and intellectual property disputes involving trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement. Involved in cases from analysis and discovery to trial preparation, Conor handles fact and expert discovery, documentation, and depositions.
In addition to his litigation practice, Conor also maintains a motions practice, including drafting complaints, answers, and motions to dismiss, compel, and for summary judgment.
The foundation for all of Conor’s work is built upon internships with both the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and the Honorable Patti B. Saris, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Massachusetts.
