With several decades of experience, Jeff counsels clients on corporate financings and restructuring, as well as stockholder agreements. He also drafts and negotiates employment and consulting agreements on behalf of both employers and employees.
A versatile advisor, Jeff also advises clients on stockholder and employee relationships, acquisitions and mergers, financings, succession planning, commercial contracts, and general corporate issues. He has particular experience in drafting and negotiating complex transactional legal opinions for major clients of the firm, representing both borrowers and lenders.

AXA IM Alts and its affiliates in one of the largest industrial portfolio acquisitions of 2020. The portfolio consists of 27 assets in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Central New Jersey, Dallas, South Florida, Southern New Jersey and Atlanta. In a significant step in its strategy to grow a U.S. wide logistics platform, AXA IM Alts, on behalf of clients and through a joint venture with Cabot Properties, Inc., acquired the 7,984,000 s/f portfolio for approximately $875 million, through a share purchase of a REIT previously managed by Cabot Properties.

MSPCA Angell on their financing with TD Bank in connection with the MSPCA's new Cape Cod Adoption Center.
Secured a $50M revolving loan for the publicly-held parent company of a national electronics retailer.
Transferred ownership to the second generation of a family-owned business, including stockholder and buy-sell agreements among the new owners.
Advised a family-owned plastics manufacturing company following the deaths of its sole stockholders/senior executives in a tragic plane crash, including dealing with anxious customers, lenders and employees; creating and participating on a Board of Advisors; and ultimately selling the company.
Negotiated a LLC operating agreement for a major hotel chain to be built in the former Olympic Park in Atlanta.
Companies in connection with the purchase and sale of aircraft, as well as the lease agreements related to hangars and aviation-related products and real estate.
