As Associate Director of Client Solutions & Business Growth at Goulston & Storrs, she leads the firm’s client relations function and plays a key role in business development strategy, supporting growth across priority practices and client teams.
Jill partners with attorneys and firm leadership to identify opportunities for cross-practice collaboration, deepen client relationships, and deploy tailored strategies that advance revenue generation. She also oversees the firm’s client feedback program—translating insights into actionable improvements—and designs internal trainings focused on client development, relationship-building, and strategic communication.
She currently serves on the Legal Sales & Service Organization’s Advisory Board and previously held a leadership role on the Legal Marketing Association’s Northeast Board Executive Committee. Jill is the co-author of The Law Firm Client Service Interview Playbook, a practical guide for incorporating client feedback interviews into relationship management strategies.
