John Arsneault is a tech executive, startup investor, and board member/advisor. In 30+ years in the technology industry, his experience spans tech startups, legal services, academia, financial services, and consulting.
As the Chief Information Officer & Chief Data Officer of Goulston & Storrs, John is responsible for the firm’s technology & data strategy and operations. He oversees IT Infrastructure, Security, Application Solutions, Support & Training, Knowledge Management, Risk Services, Research, the PMO, and Data Governance.
John is also the Founder of Portfolio X, a venture company that invests in tech startups via private market exchanges, SPVs, and incubators. He has invested in over 50 companies, resulting in several IPOs, including: MongoDB, DocuSign, Cloudera, Nutanix, Lyft, Pinterest, Draft Kings, Digital Ocean, Netcapital, 23andMe, Molekule, and Instacart.
In addition, he serves:
- The Legal Tech Fund – as an advisor to a venture capital firm focused on legal technology.
- Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) – as an advisor to a business systems company with a focus on legal and financial services.
John is a member of The Wall Street Journal’s CIO Network and the Forbes Technology Council. He is a speaker at various technology forums and summits and routinely publishes articles on LinkedIn and Forbes.
