A Canadian Connection
Jonathan’s practice intersects his passion: hockey. A Canadian citizen who earned his law degree at the University of Toronto, Jonathan serves as outside counsel for the Premier Hockey Federation (formerly, the National Women’s Hockey League). Most notably, he guided the league through its corporate reorganization and the successful completion of its season during the pandemic. Jonathan also engages in cross-border work, counseling Canadian clients on their U.S. operations.
