Kiman Kaur helps clients resolve business disputes across all stages of litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Kiman supports clients with employment, real estate, professional liability, and complex commercial disputes.
With a practice that involves both state and federal cases, Kiman applies her experience serving as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah for the Honorable Ted Stewart as well as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts.
While developing her litigation practice, Kiman also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on issues impacting racial and reproductive justice. In law school, Kiman provided legal assistance to victims of sexual violence and was a student attorney for Northeastern University School of Law’s Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Clinic. She was also a legal intern for the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division.
