Lee assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions, zoning, permitting, and historic preservation issues. They rely on her for strategic insight, understanding of local regulations, and practical solutions that help move projects forward efficiently and effectively.
Lee has experience representing property owners, developers, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations on the acquisition, sale, and permitting of mixed-use, multifamily, retail, office, and institutional projects.
Lee advises clients at all stages of development, including research and due diligence, entitlements, and related litigation. Lee assists clients on transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions and related legal agreements, including reciprocal easement agreements and development covenants.
Lee represents clients before the D.C. Council, the Zoning Commission, the Board of Zoning Adjustment, the Zoning Administrator, the Historic Preservation Review Board, the Mayor’s Agent for Historic Preservation, and other district and federal agencies as well as neighborhood and local community groups.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Lee was a violinist in several professional orchestras in the United States.
