Margo Crump is a real estate paralegal who performs legal tasks related to all aspects of office leasing associated with the acquisition, ownership and disposition of office buildings. She brings over 20 years of experience to the firm’s clients, including a strong understanding of all facets of lease negotiation and documentation, as well as lease-related due diligence. Margo also works with large corporations on a broad range of real estate projects and transactions in various parts of the country. Her experience includes drafting, negotiating and revising office lease documents, lease assignments and subleases, as well as working on the preparation, management and tracking of estoppels and lease abstracts in connection with sales, acquisitions and refinancings.
Leadership Initiative
Margo is a member of the firm’s inaugural Conflicts Analysis Team within the real estate practice at Goulston & Storrs. On this committee, Margo helps to identify and vet all parties related to legal matters. This allows the firm’s attorneys to avoid conflicts of interest across the broad range of legal work the firm handles each day.
