With experience as a seconded attorney with the Audax Group – a private equity fund focused on middle-market companies – Michele developed unique, client-focused business perspectives while negotiating NDAs and vendor contracts, helping with annual compliance audits, and assisting with regulatory filings.
Before going to law school, Michele worked as a librarian and information services professional at the National Archives, the Brookings Institution, DARPA, and EBSCO, a leading provider of research databases, e-journals, magazine subscriptions, ebooks, and discovery services for academic libraries. Her experience also includes working as a law school research assistant across various areas of law including treaties, global corporate tax, ethics, and big data to support faculty projects.
