For instance, through a partnership with the Victim Rights Law Center, Nate represents victims of domestic violence, helping them obtain 209A restraining orders / 258E harassment prevention orders. He also represents individuals in administrative hearings before the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance and judicial review proceedings in the Boston Municipal Court. He also represented a parent in a child abduction and Hague Convention case in federal court.
