Nik drives all of the firm’s billing operations processes, including reporting, time entry management, electronic billing, and client-driven analysis. Nik’s team delivers personalized support to the firm’s lawyers, focusing on trusted relationships, client service, and data integrity.
Nik deeply values communication across the firm’s professional teams to facilitate productivity and efficiency in pricing, budgeting, invoicing, and collections. A proactive leader embracing process improvement, Nik launched the firm’s inaugural “concierge” billing model to support a top-tier, full-service approach to client invoicing and collections.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs in 2020, Nik was a senior manager of billing and collections for a global law firm. In this role, he managed all functions of billing, collections, trust, escrow, and cash receipts. Nik brings this sophisticated experience to Goulston & Storrs, ensuring that the billing and collection needs of internal and external clients are met with the highest level of service.
