Handling all types of commercial real estate matters, Liv is involved in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, land use, and development.
Liv applies experience gained while interning with the Honorable J. Nicholas Ranjan to her work with clients. By analyzing motions, conducting research, and preparing legal memoranda for use in a range of rulings, she refined important analytical skills that can make a difference in how clients approach problems. She also worked with the Michigan Innocence Clinic, where she investigated claims of actual innocence and represented clients in post-conviction relief proceedings—experience which strengthened her skills in case analysis and advocacy.
Liv is also fluent in the Spanish and Akkadian languages.
