When business disputes arise, Peiran Zhang provides dedicated support to reach resolution. Peiran concentrates her practice on a wide range of general litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, breach of contract, corporate governance, and government investigations.
She has notable experience assisting clients in the development of litigation and settlement strategies; drafting discovery and dispositive motions, oppositions, and replies in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration; arguing discovery motions and dispositive motions in state court; drafting state and federal court complaints and arbitration demands; and handling all aspects of discovery requests.
