An organized and efficient real estate lawyer, Peter contributes research and due diligence that enables strong case positioning. He also handles case analysis as clients undertake acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and development matters.
When working on behalf of clients, Peter applies practical experience acquired when serving as a legal extern with the City of Boston Law Department. He also worked as a judicial intern with the First Circuit Court of Appeals, an experience that deepened his skills for drafting memoranda, researching substantive and procedural legal questions, and recommending legal approaches.
