Ruth-Claire’s experience includes appealing adverse social security administration decisions before the District of New Jersey. She has also obtained life-sustaining benefits for indigent claimants during administrative hearings as a clinical law student with the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic. Ruth-Claire also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable P. Kevin Castel, assisting with criminal and civil cases.
