Ruth helps business clients navigate high-stakes disputes and investigations. She focuses on complex commercial litigation, as well as law firm defense.
Ruth’s experience includes representing public and private companies, financial institutions, and executives in cases involving contract disputes, securities class actions, and enforcement matters before the SEC and DOJ. She brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to every stage of litigation—from investigation and discovery through trial and appeal.
In addition to her commercial practice, Ruth is deeply committed to her pro bono work. She has represented individuals in appeals of adverse Social Security disability rulings in federal court to obtain life-sustaining benefits and has assisted asylees in obtaining green cards. Through all aspects of her practice, Ruth is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, results-driven advocacy for her clients.
