Sarah Eberspacher resolves complex business disputes on behalf of corporate and individual clients. She has particular experience guiding employers and executives through allegations of workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as against wage-and-hour claims.
Across both her employment and general civil litigation practices, Sarah represents clients in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings, including mediation and agency conciliations.
Sarah is also deeply committed to providing robust pro bono representation, with a focus on reproductive rights and, more broadly, gender equity.
Before starting her legal career, Sarah spent years working as a reporter and editor for several international media outlets’ U.S. editions, including TheWeek.com and the Guardian US.
