Taylor Dias supports clients as they conceive and close commercial real estate transactions around the United States.
As part of Talyor’s practice, she researches legal issues, conducts due diligence, and analyzes legal facts and approaches. In her land use work, Taylor assists in drafting special permit and site plan approval applications in multiple cities, as well as Memoranda of Association and responses to requests for proposals. On the transactional side, she has supported clients in acquisitions and dispositions, both with and without financing components. Clients apply this information to inform decisions as they conduct acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and permitting.
To support clients fully, Taylor applies skills she refined as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jennifer C. Boal, Chief Magistrate Judge, and from serving under the Honorable Kevin Smith as an extern.
