Respected for his quick intellect and over five decades as a leading trial lawyer, Tom shared his insights as the author of the "Licensing" chapter in Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, 4th edition, a 14-volume series published by West Publishing and the American Bar Association.
Throughout his career, Tom participated in programs to train lawyers in trial skills and advocacy, and to impress on them the importance of ethics and professionalism in their practices. He has taught at the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Workshop and programs sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
