Tiffani advises large corporations and their affiliates in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience includes debtor-in-possession financing, asset sales, and auction processes. Working with companies across diverse industries, Tiffani handles international and domestic matters, helping all clients preserve value in their business ventures.
In addition to her work in bankruptcy, Tiffani drafts, negotiates and researches commercial, financial and corporate agreements, term sheets, documents, memoranda, and pleadings.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Tiffani was a bankruptcy associate in the New York office of an Am Law 50 firm.
