He handles a variety of transactional commercial real estate matters, providing legal research, due diligence, documentation, and analysis that contribute to successful closings. Ty rejoins Goulston & Storrs after serving as a summer associate in 2024.
While in law school, Ty was an editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy. Additionally, Ty served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Angela M. Eaves of the Supreme Court of Maryland. In this role, he conducted research on land use and zoning law and gained valuable insight into real estate regulatory frameworks and governmental decision-making processes. Prior to law school, Ty played collegiate lacrosse at Frostburg State University and interned with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in its Washington, D.C. field office.
